Instacertify is a product testing and consultancy firm dedicatedly working to meet compliance needs of individuals and businesses. Its expertise ranges from BIS, CRS, ISI to CDSCO, WPC, E-waste management and more. The journey of firms started with independent working but now its client base is spread across the globe.
Instacertify is serving dual purposes as well, like helping users to browse through various certifications and understand the process. On the other hand, you can discover varied products. Despite being such a robust platform and offering a wide range of products, Instacertify was lagging due to an outdated website.
Kushel Digi Solutions accessed the loopholes of the platform and figured out what needs to be done to make it better for all the site visitors.
Challenges
Before we started working on the project, there were the following challenges to tackle:-
1. The interface was disappointing, making it difficult to find the product.
2. The platform’s ecommerce design wasn’t up to the mark to represent the brand identity.
3. It was failing to provide a full-fledged ecommerce experience.
4. Page loading was too slow, and this was pushing people away from the site.
5. The backend wasn’t ready to help with long-term growth and enable advanced features.
Solution
As the challenges were known, it was the time to formulate the solutions and take the website development to the next level.
For the design part, we relied on Figma and carried on the development process on BigCommerce.
New Design on Figma
With Figma, we created a professional design to simplify browsing on desktop or mobile. Our team completed the entire site layout within a few days.
Switching to BigCommerce
No wonder we decided to go with BigCommerce; it is the best ecommerce platform right now. This aided in building a scalable Instacertify successful ecommerce website. We also got the flexibility to build both an online store and an informative guide at the same time.
Adding Smart Integration
To make the site run more efficiently, we integrated the site with smart plugins to simplify inventory management and automate some processes.
